How the Charity will deal with your application
When your application is received, it will be evaluated and any queries arising from it will be followed up. You may be assured that all eligible applications will be put before the Trustees. See the page "how to apply for a grant for an organisation" for more details.

There are currently six trustees although this number will be increased from the 1st April 2008.
Grants
Trustees meet at regular intervals throughout the year. All eligible applications will be put before the Grants Committee. Smaller grants of up to £500 may, in certain circumstances, be approved by the Trust Manager in conjunction with the Chairman of the Trustees when they are received.

Eligible applications
Eligible applications must be received at least ten working days before the meeting at which they will be considered. Trustees Meetings are held at regular dates throughout the year. You will be advised by letter within fourteen days of the meeting whether or not your application has been successful. Following agreement for a grant you will be sent a Conditions of Grant form setting out the terms and conditions of the grant. Payment will be arranged on receipt of a signed agreement. A Monitoring and Evaluation Form will also be required on completion of the project to enable the Trustees to evaluate and monitor that the aims of the Trust are being satisfactorily discharged.
