Applicants' Notes
Please read these guidance notes carefully. If in doubt please contact us BEFORE submitting your application.

We are unable to accept “draft” applications and all applications must be supported by the relevant documentation requested.

Awarding a grant
The decision to award any grant is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustees. The Trustees are anxious that grants provide a worthwhile benefit for the townspeople of Bourne in accordance with the terms of the original Trust Deed, they will thus be carefully monitoring the impact of any grant award. To this end the Monitoring and Evaluation Form must be completed at the end of a twelve-month period after the grant is made.

Please remember that the Trustees can only make grants for the benefit of the townspeople of Bourne (including Dyke, Cawthorpe & Twenty). We regret that we are precluded from assisting other nearby parishes or indeed any other charitable cause where the benefit of any grant would not substantially accrue within the Trust’s area of benefit.
